Maybe this reality is a test. Maybe it’s a punishment. Either way, we’re here, and we don’t get to opt out. We don’t set the rules, and we don’t get the answers. But we do get to choose how we experience it. That’s what free will really is—the power to decide what kind of reality you live, no matter what’s happening around you.

Nothing outside of you really matters. The only thing that does is the experience you choose while you’re here. You can choose peace, chaos, numbness, love, cruelty—whatever flavor of life you’re willing to live with. That’s the real test. Or maybe that’s the real sentence. Either way, the choice is yours.
